Well, believe it or not, but we are still on the topic of karma. I told you it was a huge topic, which is why it is taking so many podcasts to cover. We have looked at personal karma, collective karma, how to protect your positive karma and how to purify your negative karma. Now we are going to learn about some of the dangerous things charlatans pretending to be spiritual people are teaching you that is causing you harm.
We live in degenerate times, which I am sure by now you have heard me say many times. During this time period the most popular spirituality is false spirituality. In fact, some of it is downright dangerous to your well being. The main problem is humans and their egos or self cherishing. Some of it is just from laziness. Too many people want everything to happen instantly, they have no patience to wait and work towards making things truly worthwhile. They value things that are harmful to them.
Okay, so some of the people giving spiritual advice may honestly mean well, but too many of them are in that line of work to make a profit off you and they don't care what happens to you, unless maybe you give them loads of money and they will care enough not to lose you as a source of money. Some of the ones that may mean well may have had one wonderful thing happen to them and so they stop there, foolishly thinking they have reached the pinnacle of spirituality. They think they are fully enlightened beings because one great thing happened to them. Dangerous, just dangerous. We need to be extremely cautious when we are taking spiritual advice from anyone. We need to know that they truly want what is best for us, not just how much money they can get out of us. We need to know if what they are teaching us is the truth or some popular trite that will give their video lots of views.
If you truly wish to improve your life for real and make honest spiritual advancement, then you need to let go of the fast food mentality, that everything will be handed to you for instant results. Nothing worth gaining comes that easily in life. Let's face it fast food is not good for you. You will need to let go of some of the things you have learned that are actually causing you harm. There are a number of those flying around the internet nowadays, so be extremely cautious. You can even question me and my motives for doing these podcasts, absolutely, you should. Make sure that I am trying to cause no harm and that my intentions are good. Find out for yourself that what I teach is true. You may already have experience with many of the things I teach, but try to gain first hand knowledge of things you do not have experience with yet. Once you discover it is the truth for you, then you can put faith into it. Do not put faith into something you do not know for certain is true.
I am trying my best to help you, all of you, anyone that is looking for guidance. I do not have all the answers to everything, but I share what I have learned and what I know to be true. I am still searching for answers to things I have not experienced directly and will continue to do so until I have those answers. I do not need any more negative karma then I already have, so it would be very foolish of me to intentionally cause any harm. I am not taking anyone's money to make these podcasts. I am not earning any money from any source to do this, as I am not foolish enough to waste the spiritual progress I could make. You see anyone that claims to be spiritual, but is charging you money hasn't really made any spiritual progress or they would know better. If you charge money for spiritual teachings you are erasing any spiritual progress you could be making. Only someone that is ignorant of the truth would do that, so why would you want to pay to learn from someone that doesn't know what they are talking about? There is nothing more important in life than making spiritual progress.
One thing that is popular right now is this idea of manifesting what you want in life. Now if you have fallen for this, you need to stop doing it. Whoever is teaching this is incredibly ignorant of the truth. They usually advise you to manifest to give you all the possessions you want to own, more money, a bigger house, jewellery, expensive cars, a better paying job and other things like that. Things that will feed your ego, cause you more attachment to your life and ultimately cause you harm. They are telling you to do the exact opposite of what is truly good for you. Too many people are willing to spend their hard earned money on trash spirituality like this. It is all so sad to witness. The snake-oil salespeople pushing this trash are in this to become rich off of you and to become famous. This shows you that they are completely backwards people teaching false things.
Think about it. If you have been listening to my podcasts on karma you may already have an idea of what I am going to say. You have a gigantic mountain of negative karma. You have very little positive karma. If you manifest you use that positive karma up, depleting your already small pile. Really, what are you trying to manifest into your life? Are you using it to make spiritual progress? Are you using it to benefit others? Highly unlikely. More than likely you are wasting it on selfish pursuits of things you mistakenly think will make you happy. If what you truly want is to be happy then listen to my podcast on happiness. You are wasting your extremely hard earned positive karma for something that will have no value to you soon because it will break, get lost or stolen or you will die and you won't be able to bring it with you. It is far worse than spending your hard earned money, because it is far easier to earn money than it is to have positive karma in your storage locker.
By manifesting you are slowing down the spiritual progress you could otherwise be using your positive karma for. When you make spiritual progress, if you can get as far as I have, and I have barely scratched the surface, you will understand fully that all those things you wanted to manifest have no value at all. They are a complete waste of time and energy, never mind wasting your good karma on them. Not only are you slowing down your spiritual progress, but when you run out of good karma from manifesting so much for yourself in this one short life, you will have none left when you die or at least a lot less. That means you will take lower rebirth. You will have a horrible life next time with nothing but negative karma left in your storehouse, so nothing nice will happen for you. You will have destroyed all of your chances for happiness in the future. Now if you go really crazy go nuts on manifesting you may even use up all of your positive karma in this very life and will suddenly find yourself falling on incredibly hard times with no way to dig yourself out and no amount of manifesting will help you.
This is why I say anyone teaching this is ignorant and creating all kinds of harm to everyone, especially themselves, when it comes to collective karma. Why on earth would you want to take advice from someone that has no idea what they are talking about? Why would you ever give them any money or follow what they teach when it is going to harm you? If someone told you to go buy a gun and rob a diamond store to get the jewellery you want would you do that? I'm sure most of us would say no, and yet manifesting is just as harmful.
If you have been wasting your positive karma manifesting things into your life, stop doing it. Now you are going to have to engage in lots of positive actions to make up for all the good karma you have wasted. Make sure you protect the new good karma you get, otherwise, you risk losing it. Honestly, you don't have enough positive karma now to guarantee your next life will be better than this one, so please stop wasting it on unnecessary things that are only temporary at best and really bring you no true benefit.
If you want good things in your life, then work for them, by doing good deeds and refraining from doing bad things. Purify the negative karma you have. Protect the positive karma you have. Work on making real spiritual progress in this very lifetime before your time runs out. Let go of backwards ways of living and being. Live the good way.
